1· Introduction
DG-50 pocket lamp type LED Ultraviolet Lamp is professional portable UV Lamp researched and developed by our company. A complete range of specifications of UV Lamp can meet different requirements. The series possesses ultra-high brightness, long working hours and stable quality etc., and it conforms the National Pressure-bearing Equipment NDT Standard (NB/T 47013-2015).
The National Pressure-bearing Equipment NDT Standard (NB/T 47013-2015) requires Black Light Lamp / Ultraviolet Lamp as follows:
1) Exposure intensity on the workpiece surface must be greater or equal to 1000 uW/cm².
2) The wavelength should be 315nm~400nm, and the peak value wavelength should be 365nm.
3) Light source should meet the specification of GB/T5097.

Beads produced by Japanese NICHIA company, 100% free from UV-B and UV-C element, spectrum is pure.
2) The lifetime of Lamp Beads reach up to 20000 hours, efficient, energy conservation and environmental protection.
3) Quick Start, can reach the maximum illuminance as soon as switch on.
4) Ultra-low power consumption, high efficiency. Stand-by time is far more than likewise products.
5) Cold light source makes cold operation, outputs the illuminance lasted and steadily.
6) Optical filter is black vitaglass.
7) High strength aviation aluminum alloy shell with anodize surface.
